What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We accept flexible order quantities. New customers are welcome to place small trial orders. For larger volume orders, you can enjoy factory-direct pricing and prioritized production scheduling.

How long does delivery take?

3-4days for Asia, 5-6days for Europ and Austrilia, 7days for North and South America and Africa.

Do you provide warranty or after-sales service?

Yes. All HiTens tools come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also provide ongoing technical support, spare parts, and repair services to ensure long-term usage.

Can we customize the logo or packaging?

Absolutely. We offer OEM and ODM services, including customizing labels, colors, and packaging designs according to your brand or project requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer/Bank Transfer), Western Union, and L/C (Letter of Credit). Payment terms can be negotiated for regular distributors or long-term partners.

Do you offer technical guidance on tool selection and calibration?

Yes, we do. Our engineering team can assist you in selecting the appropriate shear wrench or torque wrench model, provide calibration instructions, and offer troubleshooting support during use.
